A carwash fundraiser in Arklow is being organised in aid of one of their employees Jaroslaw Kula. The owner of ProHand Carwash is inviting everyone to an open day from 10am- 5pm at their premises beside the Navvy bridge. It will take place on Sunday, September 18th with all proceeds going towards Jaroslaw who was paralysed from the neck down suddenly in July.
Jaroslaw is currently undergoing treatment in hospital with his family appealing for help through a GoFundMe page. The Polish national has been living and working in Arklow for the past four years and is much loved among colleagues and friends. Over €5,000 has been raised so far by his family through generous donations.
