Wexford Bus announce 50% fare reductions

Wexford Bus has announced that they are introducing 50% fare reductions to all young adults and students. The news will be a welcome bonus for those returning or beginning the upcoming college year.

The discount applies to anyone with a Young Adult (19-23) Leap Card or Student Leap Card. This includes tickets across the Wexford Bus network including Single, Return, and Weekly 10 Journey Tickets. Anyone wishing to avail of the new discounted fares must hold a valid young adult or student leap card which can be purchased online. A Student Leap Card is available to students in full-time education who are 24 years old and above. Full terms can be found on the Wexford Bus website.

Arklow Routes

The business has been in operation since it was established in 1996. It carries over 20,000 passengers each week in Wexford, Wicklow, Carlow, Waterford, and Dublin. The 740 collects passengers at the Old Dublin Road while the 740A route passes through Arklow town. Both routes currently run with 28 daily services.
