We are always looking for people to join the Arklow Times team. We receive no funding meaning all of the content we produce is from our team of voluntary content creators.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for anyone with a passion for creating great engaging content. This can be in several forms including –
- Written articles on local news, sport, entertainment etc
- Video content – TikTok, Reels, Youtube
Do I need experience?
Experience is not required but is always welcomed. Perhaps you have your own blog or are interested in beginning a career in journalism or social media. If so you are the perfect fit. If not don’t worry, all necessary training and guidance will be provided.
Will I get paid?
At this time all of our contributors are volunteers. As the website grows we do plan to financially reward our team. Contributors can submit as little or as much content as they wish.
