A popular Arklow display will not be returning next year following years of raising funds for charity. Anthony Doyle who is the man behind the spectacular Halloween and Christmas-themed displays confirmed that this will be the project’s final year. After confirming the news, many locals thanked Anthony for all his efforts over the years and were sad to see it come to an end.
Anthony spoke about the decision saying;
“We have come to the sad decision that this will be our last Halloween house projection display as we feel there is not much interest which has been reflected in the donations.”
“From tonight until Sunday the projection will be on from 6.45pm to 8.30pm & on Halloween night only projection in the upstairs windows. We would like to thank all of our neighbors & friends and the public for the years of continued support for us & our charities which has helped to raise thousands of euros. Anyone who is interested in the props & Halloween videos, they will be up for sale the day after Halloween!”
